CONATIX AI ENGINEER IMMEDIATE FT OR PT ROLE AVAILABLE
Conatix immediately seeks a full-time AI engineer to work on our team. The position is initially for 6 months, with expectation of renewal to become permanent. Compensation is competitive. We can accommodate remote, in-office (in our London co-working space) or hybrid workstyles. Our UK team is in London but we are willing to hire someone located anywhere in the UK for this position. Possibility of starting immediately. We seek to fill this position no later than the end of November 2022.
Conatix applies recent advancements in multiple subfields of artificial intelligence to cybersecurity monitoring and detection: to detect insider and supplier fraud in banks and companies, and to detect malware and ransomware on business computers. Conatix has won numerous international innovation awards, including being named one of the most innovative cybersecurity startups in the UK by the UK government cybersecurity directorate for two years in a row, being named to the CyberTech100 list of the most innovative cybersecurity startups in the world for banks, and many others.
We have recently been awarded a major EU innovation grant and other employment subsidies and seek to add additional members to our technical team.
We seek candidates with masters degree or PhD in computer science or a related field (computational biology, math, physics, statistics, electrical engineering, data science etc.) and with academic or professional experience in artificial intelligence (machine learning, neural networks and/or natural language processing). Our cybersecurity software products take various ML approaches to anomaly detection, and use convolutional neural networks with image data and other kinds of data, and apply unsupervised learning to massive streaming unstructured data at scale (thousands of models in parallel). Experience with any of the above is therefore welcome.
Windows application development experience with C#, ASP.NET, NET Framework is a major plus. Other software development experience primarily in python or Java is also a plus. Interest in technical writing, and/or experience publishing scientific journal or conference papers is not required but is a plus. Interest or experience in cybersecurity is not required for this role but is also a plus.
